# How can I delete my account?

> Permanently delete your Juicebox account and its data.

  Deleting your account will permanently delete all searches, shortlisted contacts, and profile data.

To delete your account, reach out to us using the in-app support button or by emailing [support@juicebox.ai](mailto:support@juicebox.ai).

If you only want to stop being charged, you can [cancel your subscription](/help/billing/cancel-subscription) instead — your data stays intact in case you return later.
