# Flatchr Integration Set-up

> Connect Flatchr to Juicebox.

## About the integration

Connect Flatchr to Juicebox to import job descriptions into your searches and identify profiles that already exist in your ATS.

You can also export profiles to a selected Flatchr job.

If Flatchr is not visible in your Juicebox Integrations tab, contact [Juicebox Support](mailto:support@juicebox.ai) to confirm availability for your account.

## Before you start

You need the **Administrator** role in Flatchr. Confirm that the top-right cog opens settings and that **Advanced settings** is visible.

Prepare three values: your **subdomain**, **Company key**, and **API key**.

## Find your subdomain

1. Sign in to Flatchr and click the top-right cog.
2. Open **Advanced settings > Advanced**, or go to [Advanced settings](https://app.flatchr.io/board/settings/advanced/general).
3. Find **Subdomain configuration** and copy the subdomain shown there.

## Find your Company key

1. Open **Advanced settings > Advanced > API**, or go to [API settings](https://app.flatchr.io/board/settings/advanced/api).
2. Under **List of keys**, find and copy the **Company key**.

## Create an API key

1. On the same API settings page, click **Add a key**.
2. Name the key **Juicebox**, then click **Add**.
3. Find the new key in the list and click **Copy**.

## Setting up the integration

1. In Juicebox, open **Integrations**, select **Flatchr**, and click **Activate**.
2. Enter the subdomain, Company key, and API key in the corresponding connection fields.
3. Complete the remaining prompts, then return to Juicebox and confirm that the integration shows **Connected**.

## Confirm the integration

After the initial sync, check that the expected jobs appear and that an existing Flatchr candidate is identified in Juicebox.

If the connection is rejected, confirm that the Company key and API key are in the correct fields and that the subdomain belongs to the same Flatchr company.

## Using the integration

To start a search from a job, open **Projects** and select **Import Job from ATS / CRM**, then choose the relevant Flatchr job.

Juicebox identifies profiles that already exist in Flatchr, helping your team check for existing records before reaching out.

To send a profile to Flatchr, follow the [export steps](/exports) and choose the Flatchr export option for the linked job. Confirm that the profile appears in Flatchr after the export completes.

  The initial sync can take time. Data may continue to appear after the connection is established. If you do not see the expected records, contact Juicebox Support.
