# Infinite BrassRing Integration Set-up

> Prepare your Infinite BrassRing account for an assisted Juicebox integration.

## About the integration

Connect Infinite BrassRing to Juicebox to import job descriptions into your searches and identify profiles that already exist in your ATS.

You can also export profiles to a selected Infinite BrassRing job.

## Before you start

You will need your BrassRing support contact to enable **SearchAPI** access and provide the **Client ID** and **Site ID** for your company's environment.

## Request your BrassRing credentials

1. Ask your BrassRing support contact to enable SearchAPI access for your Juicebox integration.
2. Request the Client ID and Site ID for the environment you want to connect. If you have both production and test environments, specify which one you are using.
3. Once access is enabled, keep both values available for the connection pop-up.

## Setting up the integration

1. After Juicebox confirms beta access, open **Integrations** in Juicebox.
2. Select **Infinite BrassRing** (it may appear as **BrassRing** or **Brass Ring**) and click **Activate**, or use the connection link provided by Juicebox.
3. Enter the **Client ID** and **Site ID** supplied by BrassRing.
4. Click **Set up integration** and complete any remaining prompts.
5. Return to Juicebox and check that the integration shows **Connected**.

## Confirm the integration

After the initial sync, check that the expected jobs appear and that a known BrassRing candidate is identified in Juicebox. Export a test profile to the intended job and confirm that it appears in BrassRing.

## Using the integration

To start a search from a job, open **Projects** and select **Import Job from ATS / CRM**, then choose the relevant Infinite BrassRing job.

Juicebox identifies profiles that already exist in Infinite BrassRing, helping your team check for existing records before reaching out.

To send a profile to Infinite BrassRing, follow the [export steps](/exports) and choose the Infinite BrassRing export option for the linked job. Confirm that the profile appears in Infinite BrassRing after the export completes.

  The initial sync can take time. Data may continue to appear after the connection is established. If you do not see the expected records, contact Juicebox Support.
