# Lever Integration Set-up

> Enable the two-way integration between Lever and Juicebox.

## Setting up the integration

1. To connect Juicebox with Lever, open the **Integrations** tab on the left-hand side of the Juicebox platform.

2. Select **Lever** and click **Activate**. You can also use the search bar at the top.

3. You will see a pop-up modal asking to activate your integration. We recommend the pre-selected option, **Use my Lever credentials**.

4. Select **Use my Lever Data** to link your production account. You can also link a sandbox to test.

5. Confirm the scopes your integration uses and select **Continue**.

6. A pop-up will open asking you to sign in to your Lever account. Please ensure you log in with a **Lever Admin account**. You can confirm the requested scopes within Lever.

7. After you have signed in, the window will close and you will be redirected to Juicebox. Refresh your page — if successful, you will see a green **Connected** button.

Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Lever and Juicebox.

  It may take a few minutes for all data to sync between Juicebox and Lever. Wait up to 10 minutes to ensure all data has been synced.

## Using the integration

You can use the integration for three use cases:

1. **Import Project from ATS**: Import a job description from Lever into Juicebox to automatically kick off a search using the job description. This also includes linking your Juicebox project to an ATS job, which makes exporting profiles to your ATS easier. More details [here](/projects).
2. **Export Profiles to ATS**: Save profiles directly into Lever, including contact details, current company and job, profile URLs, and more. On some plans, this can be customized further based on your preferred fields. Juicebox also has the ability to auto-export to your ATS, including exporting all shortlisted profiles or exporting only interested profiles.
3. **Import Candidates**: View profiles already in Lever within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.

### Start a project via the Lever integration

Open the projects page and select **Import Job from ATS / CRM**. You will then see your Lever jobs and can select the corresponding option.

### Export profiles to Lever

Follow the regular [export](/exports) steps and select **Export to Lever** on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting to Lever, you will see the profile created in your Lever account.

### View profiles already in Lever

Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Lever. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Lever by clicking the **View in ATS** button.
