# Paycor Integration Set-up

> Connect Paycor to Juicebox.

## About the integration

Connect Paycor to Juicebox to import job descriptions into your searches and identify profiles that already exist in your ATS.

You can also export profiles to a selected Paycor job.

If Paycor is not visible in your Juicebox Integrations tab, contact [Juicebox Support](mailto:support@juicebox.ai) to confirm availability for your account.

## Before you start

You need a **Paycor Perform HR, Payroll, or Company administrator** account to authorize the connection.

Open **Integrations** in Juicebox, select **Paycor**, and click **Activate**. Keep the connection pop-up open throughout setup.

  Some Paycor connections go directly to **Sign in with Paycor**. Complete the developer-portal steps below only if your connection pop-up requests them.

## Create a Developer Portal account, if requested

1. Open [Paycor Developer Portal](https://developers.paycor.com/). For a sandbox connection, use [the sandbox portal](https://developers-sandbox.paycor.com/).
2. If you do not already have a portal account, choose **Sign Up** for existing Paycor clients, then **Get Started**.
3. Sign in with your Paycor account, select the portal administrator, and click **Request Access**. Paycor sends an email to that administrator.
4. Once you have access, return to the connection pop-up and continue.

## Create an application, if requested

1. In the Developer Portal, open **Applications** and click **+ Application**.
2. Give the application a recognizable name, such as **Juicebox**. Select **Standard Application**, then create it.
3. Copy the application OAuth **Client ID** and **Client Secret** into the corresponding fields in the Juicebox connection pop-up.

## Configure the return URL and subscription key, if requested

1. Open the application's **Security Connections** tab.
2. Under **Approved Return OAuth URL**, add the personalized redirect URL shown in your connection pop-up. Save the change.
3. Copy the **APIm Subscription Key** from Security Connections into the connection pop-up and continue.

## Configure data access, if requested

1. Open the application's **Data Access** tab.
2. Enable the access scopes listed in your connection pop-up and save. The required list depends on your connection.
3. On the **General** tab, copy the **Scope Name** into the connection pop-up and continue.

## Authorize Paycor

1. In the connection pop-up, click **Sign in with Paycor**.
2. Sign in and authorize access to the legal entities and ATS accounts you intend to connect.
3. Finish the authorization window and return to Juicebox. Confirm that the integration shows **Connected**.

## Confirm the integration

After the initial sync, check that the expected jobs and existing candidates appear. Export a test profile to a selected Paycor job and confirm that it is associated with the intended job.

If authorization fails, check the return URL, selected entities, and requested scopes against your current connection pop-up.

## Using the integration

To start a search from a job, open **Projects** and select **Import Job from ATS / CRM**, then choose the relevant Paycor job.

Juicebox identifies profiles that already exist in Paycor, helping your team check for existing records before reaching out.

To send a profile to Paycor, follow the [export steps](/exports) and choose the Paycor export option for the linked job. Confirm that the profile appears in Paycor after the export completes.

Resume attachments and exports without a job are not currently supported.

  The initial sync can take time. Data may continue to appear after the connection is established. If you do not see the expected records, contact Juicebox Support.
