# Taleez Integration Set-up

> Connect Taleez to Juicebox.

## About the integration

Connect Taleez to Juicebox to import job descriptions into your searches and identify profiles that already exist in your ATS.

You can also export profiles to a selected Taleez job.

If Taleez is not visible in your Juicebox Integrations tab, contact [Juicebox Support](mailto:support@juicebox.ai) to confirm availability for your account.

## Before you start

You need access to **API & Webhooks** in your Taleez account settings. If you cannot manage API keys, ask your Taleez administrator to help.

Taleez provides two kinds of key: a **Public Key** for public resources such as job listings, and a **Secret Key** for access to private API resources. Candidate access requires an appropriately scoped secret key.

## Prepare your Taleez API credentials

1. In Juicebox, open **Integrations**, select **Taleez**, and click **Activate**. Review the credentials and permissions requested in the connection pop-up.
2. In Taleez, open your account settings and select **API & Webhooks**.
3. Generate the API credentials requested by your connection flow. Configure each key's scopes to match the access required for the integration.
4. Copy the requested key values and keep the secret key confidential.

## Setting up the integration

1. Return to the Juicebox connection pop-up and paste the requested credentials into their matching fields.
2. Complete the remaining prompts.
3. Return to Juicebox and confirm that the integration shows **Connected**.

## Confirm the integration

After the initial sync, check that the expected jobs appear and an existing Taleez candidate is identified in Juicebox.

If jobs appear but private candidate records do not, check the key type and its scopes. A public key alone does not provide access to private candidate data. Contact [Taleez technical support](mailto:tech.support@taleez.com) if you cannot generate the required credentials, or Juicebox Support for help with the connection fields.

## Using the integration

To start a search from a job, open **Projects** and select **Import Job from ATS / CRM**, then choose the relevant Taleez job.

Juicebox identifies profiles that already exist in Taleez, helping your team check for existing records before reaching out.

To send a profile to Taleez, follow the [export steps](/exports) and choose the Taleez export option for the linked job. Confirm that the profile appears in Taleez after the export completes.

  The initial sync can take time. Data may continue to appear after the connection is established. If you do not see the expected records, contact Juicebox Support.
