Contact Data Overview

Juicebox provides emails and phone numbers by partnering with contact data providers. Available contact data includes:

• Personal Email
• Professional Email
• Mobile Phone Number
• Other Phone Numbers

Verified email data is subject to our 95% deliverability guarantee (scroll down for more details).

Contact Data Waterfall

When requesting contact data, Juicebox automatically requests contact data from multiple different data providers, including ContactOut, RocketReach, and more. Each email requested then gets verified by our email verification partner, Kickbox.

Access Contact Details

There are three ways to access the contact details for a given profile:

1. Profile View: get contact data within the profile side-menu.

Additionally, you can click the contact information to see a full view, including verification statuses. If it has been 30 days or more since the contact info was first revealed, you can refresh it by clicking >Refresh Contact Info.

1. Email Sequence: retrieve and select emails as part of your email sequence.
2. Export: export to CSV, PDF, ATS, or CRM and include contact details.

When you reveal contact details for a given profile, you use contact credits. You will not be double-charged contact credits if someone else in your organization accesses the same contact data.

Email Verification

Juicebox collaborates with multiple reputable providers to ensure optimal email deliverability. For clarity and ease of understanding, we utilize three distinct icons to signify the deliverability status of each email: Verified Email Icon Represented by a purple shield accompanied by a checkmark, this icon signifies that the email has been successfully verified. Emails marked with this icon benefit from our 95% deliverability guarantee. Unknown Deliverability Icon This icon, depicted as a grey circle, indicates uncertain deliverability status. While the email might likely be delivered successfully, we have been unable to confirm its validity. Low Deliverability Icon Symbolized by a yellow warning sign, this icon suggests a heightened risk of email bounce-backs. We advise against reaching out to email addresses flagged with this status.

Deliverability Assurance: 95%

We guarantee 95% deliverability for emails verified with Juicebox. Guidelines:

• Deliverability guarantee only applies to emails with a “verified” icon shown on Juicebox.
• Emails have been revealed on Juicebox within 48 hours of sending.
• Only applies to emails sent within Juicebox (not exported emails).
