What you can do
- Search millions of US healthcare professionals, including providers who never showed up in your searches before.
- Filter on the clinical credentials that qualify them, such as state license, specialty, board certification, training, and hospital privileges.
- Reach out knowing their practice. Every profile carries the clinical record, so your message lands on their specialty.
How to search
Describe who you are looking for in plain language. For the best results, name the role, the state, and the credential that decides the hire. Start broad, review the pool, then narrow. Example searches:- “Physicians certified in family medicine, licensed in Texas, with experience in senior living or value-based primary care”
- “Dentists licensed in Arizona who are in private practice”
- “Nurse practitioners licensed in Florida who work in cardiology”

Filter on clinical credentials
Open the Healthcare filter group in Search to filter on:Licensed in and Practicing in are different filters. Licensed in is where a provider holds a state license to practice. Practicing in is where they actually work. A provider can be licensed in a state where they do not currently practice.
Match any or all license states
When you select more than one state in Licensed in, use the toggle next to the filter to choose how Juicebox matches them:- Any (OR): Matches providers licensed in at least one of the selected states. This is the default.
- All (AND): Matches only providers with license evidence in every selected state.
Filter on nursing compact licenses
Select Has nursing compact license under Requirements to find RNs and LPN/LVNs who hold an active, unencumbered Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license. Juicebox excludes compact privileges that are expired, inactive, suspended, restricted, or otherwise encumbered. Use this filter when you need nurses who can practice across participating NLC states without a separate license in each one. You can also ask for it in plain language, for example: “Travel RNs with a multistate compact license.” When you filter by Licensed in, Juicebox also counts an active nursing compact license as an alternate way to match any selected state that participates in the NLC. For example, a search for RNs licensed in Texas also returns RNs who hold a compact license from another NLC state.
Review the healthcare profile
Every healthcare professional’s record includes a Healthcare tab with a birds eye view of their clinical background:- Specialty
- Credentials and certifications
- Specialties and training
- Practice authorization, including license status and expiration. Nurses with an active NLC multistate license show a Multi-state compact privilege badge, which links to the Nurse Licensure Compact website.
- Practice relationships, such as hospital privileges
