Single sign-on (SSO) lets your team members sign in to Juicebox with your organization’s identity provider, such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
SSO is available on the Business plan. Contact your Juicebox representative to get started.

Before you start

  • The person completing the setup needs administrator access to your identity provider.
  • The Juicebox team confirms the authorized domain for SSO with you.
  • Send the Juicebox team every additional email domain your team members use to access Juicebox.
  • The Juicebox team sends you three links for your organization: a one-time setup link, a bookmark link, and a login link.

Step 1: Open the SSO setup portal

Open the one-time setup link from the Juicebox team. The portal shows configuration instructions for your identity provider.
The setup link works only once. Some email security tools open or scan links automatically, which can use up the link before your administrator opens it. If the link does not work, contact the Juicebox team for a new one.

Step 2: Configure your identity provider

Follow the instructions in the SSO setup portal to add Juicebox to your identity provider. Depending on your provider, this can include:
  • Creating or configuring a SAML application
  • Entering the Juicebox service provider details
  • Uploading identity provider metadata or certificates
  • Assigning the Juicebox application to the right users or groups
Complete every required step in the portal before you close it.

Step 3: Add a Juicebox bookmark or app tile

In your identity provider, create a bookmark or app tile that points to the bookmark link from the Juicebox team. This gives your team members a direct SSO login path after setup is complete.

Step 4: Confirm authorized domains

The Juicebox team verifies your authorized domain with you. Send any additional domains to the Juicebox team before your team members try to sign in. Team members who sign in from a domain that is not authorized may not be able to access your organization through SSO.

Step 5: Complete the configuration

When your administrator completes the setup, Juicebox signs out all current team members in your organization.
After setup:
  • Team members sign in through your identity provider.
  • Existing team members confirm their previous Juicebox login method. This connects their existing Juicebox account to their SSO identity and prevents duplicate accounts.

Step 6: Reconnect existing accounts

Each existing team member follows these steps once:
  1. Go to the login link from the Juicebox team.
  2. Select Continue with SSO or Sign in with SSO.
  3. Sign in with your identity provider credentials.
  4. Confirm your previous Juicebox login method, such as:
    • Email and password
    • Google sign-in
    • Another login method you used before
  5. Complete the confirmation.
Your existing Juicebox account is now connected to SSO.

Sign in after setup

After you reconnect your account, sign in to Juicebox in either of these ways:
  • Open the Juicebox bookmark or app tile your IT team set up.
  • Go to the Juicebox login page and select Sign in with SSO.
