Contact Juicebox Support with your company name, Talention instance, and administrator contact. Ask the team to confirm the authentication details and permissions required for your account.
Open the account-specific connection link supplied by Juicebox, enter the credentials issued for this integration, and complete its checks. Use the instructions in that flow if your Talention menus differ; do not borrow setup steps from Talent Clue or TalentSoft.
Check the expected jobs, a known existing candidate, and an export to a selected job. Include a resume in the test if resume export is part of your workflow.
