About the integration

Juicebox’s integration with Manatal allows you to:
  1. Export Profiles to Manatal: Save profiles directly into Manatal, including contact details, current company and job, profile URLs, and more.
    1. [Configurable] Auto-Export: Juicebox has the ability to auto-export profiles to your ATS with configurable triggers, including after shortlisting, after adding to a sequence, or after an interested response.
    2. Custom Integration Fields: On some plans, integration fields can be customized further based on your preferred fields.
  2. Link Manatal Jobs to Juicebox
    1. Import Job Descriptions: Import a job description from Manatal into Juicebox to automatically kick off a search using the job description.
    2. Simplify Exports: When exporting a profile from Juicebox to the ATS, it will automatically be connected to the correct job in the ATS. More details here.
  3. View Profiles in Manatal: View profiles already in Manatal within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.

Start a project via the Manatal integration

Open the projects page and select Import Job from ATS / CRM. You will then see your Manatal jobs and can select the corresponding option.

Export profiles to Manatal

Follow the regular export steps and select Export to Manatal on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting, you will see the profile created in your Manatal account.

View profiles already in Manatal

Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Manatal. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Manatal by clicking the View in ATS button.

Before you start

  • You need the Admin user role in Manatal. Your Manatal administrator can manage your user role.
  • The Open API feature required for this guide is available and enabled by default on the Manatal Enterprise Plus plan.
Log in to Manatal and check that you see the Administration tab in the side menu. If you cannot see this tab, ask your Manatal account administrator to take over the setup process or change your user role to Admin. Without this, the setup process cannot be completed.

Enable API access

  1. Log in to Manatal and click the Administration tab in the side menu.
  2. Scroll down if necessary and click Manage features.
  3. Scroll down again if needed and click Open API.
  4. If you see Open API is not yet active for your account, click Contact our support.

Generate your API token

  1. Go to Administration > Manage features > Open API.
  2. Click Generate new token.
  3. Copy the API token shown below Active API tokens, then paste it into the connection pop-up.

Obtain the client slug

  1. Click the Administration tab in the side menu, then click Manage your career page.
  2. Toggle the switch next to Enable Career Page.
  3. Click the Career Page Settings tab.
  4. Click General.
  5. Click Career Page URL.
  6. Copy the part after the https://www.careers-page.com/ prefix, and paste it into the connection pop-up.

Connect Manatal to Juicebox

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab on the Juicebox platform.
  2. Select Manatal and click Activate. You can also use the search bar at the top.
  3. Enter the API token and client slug from the steps above in the connection pop-up.
  4. After you have clicked through the remaining pages of the pop-up, the configuration will be completed. If successful, you will see a green Connected button in your Integrations marketplace.
Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Manatal and Juicebox.
It may take a few minutes for all data to sync between Juicebox and Manatal.
