If you need additional export credits, there are several options available depending on your current plan. For the number of export credits included in each plan, see All About Credits.
On the Growth plan
You can add more credits by purchasing additional seats — each additional seat includes its own monthly allotment of contact and export credits. See How can I upgrade my plan? for the steps.
Export credits cannot be purchased separately; adding seats is the way to increase your allotment on the Growth plan.
On the free plan
Free plan users will need to upgrade to a paid plan (Starter or Growth) to receive additional credits.
For high-volume usage
Consider the Business plan, which includes custom export credit volumes. Contact our sales team at sales@juicebox.work for more information.
