About the integration

Juicebox’s integration with Sage HR allows you to:

1. Export Profiles to Sage HR: Save profiles directly into Sage HR, including contact details, current company and job, profile URLs, and more.
   1. [Configurable] Auto-Export: Juicebox has the ability to auto-export profiles to your ATS with configurable triggers, including after shortlisting, after adding to a sequence, or after an interested response.
   2. Custom Integration Fields: On some plans, integration fields can be customized further based on your preferred fields.
2. Link Sage HR Jobs to Juicebox
   1. Import Job Descriptions: Import a job description from Sage HR into Juicebox to automatically kick off a search using the job description.
   2. Simplify Exports: When exporting a profile from Juicebox to the ATS, it will automatically be connected to the correct job in the ATS. More details here.
3. View Profiles in Sage HR: View profiles already in Sage HR within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.

Start a project via the Sage HR integration

Open the projects page and select Import Job from ATS / CRM. You will then see your Sage HR jobs and can select the corresponding option.

Export profiles to Sage HR

Follow the regular export steps and select Export to Sage HR on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting, you will see the profile created in your Sage HR account.

View profiles already in Sage HR

Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Sage HR. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Sage HR by clicking the View in ATS button.

Before you start

Your account must have the Settings Administrator role in your company’s Sage HR instance. To check:

1. Log in to Sage HR and click your username in the top right corner.
   
2. If you cannot see the Settings item in the drop-down menu, your account does not have the Settings Administrator role. Find out who has the Settings Administrator role in your company’s Sage HR instance, and ask them to grant your account the role or take over the setup process.

Find your subdomain

1. Log in to Sage HR.
2. View your subdomain in the URL bar, in the form of https://yourdomain.sage.hr.

Create an API key

1. Log in to Sage HR.
2. Click your username in the top right corner, then click the Settings item.
   
3. Click Integrations on the side menu.
   
4. Click API in the drop-down.
   
5. Click Enable API access under the API section.
   
6. Copy the newly created API key after Your API key.

Setting up the integration

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab on the Juicebox platform.
2. Select Sage HR and click Activate. You can also use the search bar at the top.
3. Follow the instructions in the connection pop-up, entering your subdomain and API key from the sections above.
4. After you have clicked through the remaining pages of the pop-up, the configuration will be completed. If successful, you will see a green Connected button in your Integrations marketplace.

Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Sage HR and Juicebox.
