About the integration
The Bullhorn and Juicebox integration is designed to seamlessly connect both systems in a two-way sync. You can use the integration for these use cases:- Import Project from ATS: Import a job description from Bullhorn into Juicebox to automatically kick off a search using the job description. This also includes linking your Juicebox project to an ATS job, which makes exporting profiles to your ATS easier. More details here.
- Export Profiles to ATS: Save profiles directly into Bullhorn, including contact details, current company and job, profile URLs, and more. On some plans, this can be customized further based on your preferred fields. Juicebox also has the ability to auto-export to your ATS, including exporting all shortlisted profiles or exporting only interested profiles.
- Import Candidates: View profiles already in Bullhorn within Juicebox. Avoid reaching out to the same profile twice, and instantly view your relationship history.
- Rediscovery: Filter for and view profiles already in Bullhorn within Juicebox, including filtering by tags, jobs, and stage. Learn more about Talent Rediscovery.
Start a project via the Bullhorn integration
Navigate to the Projects page on Juicebox. On the right side, you’ll find your synced jobs from Bullhorn. Simply click on a job to create a new project — this will automatically initiate a search using the job description.
Export profiles to Bullhorn
Follow the regular export steps and select Export to Bullhorn on either an individual profile or a bulk export. After exporting, you will see the profile created in your Bullhorn account under Candidates.
View profiles already in Bullhorn
Juicebox will tag profiles that already exist in Bullhorn. You will see the last modified date, as well as the option to view the profile directly in Bullhorn by clicking the View in ATS button.
Setting up the integration

Navigate to the Integrations tab on the Juicebox platform.

Select Bullhorn and click Activate. You can also use the search bar at the top.

You will see a pop-up asking to activate your integration. Note that you must be an administrator of Bullhorn in order to link to Juicebox successfully.

After reviewing privacy information, you will be prompted to log in to Bullhorn via Merge and connect your account.

After logging into your account in a new window, you will be brought back to the Juicebox platform, where the integration will be completed.
It may take a few minutes for all data to sync between Juicebox and Bullhorn. Wait up to 10 minutes to ensure all data has been synced.
