About the integration
Connect d.vinci to Juicebox to import job descriptions into your searches and identify profiles that already exist in your ATS. You can also export profiles to a selected d.vinci job.The d.vinci integration is in closed beta. Contact Juicebox Support before starting so the team can enable access and configure candidate reading and exports for your account.
Before you start
Use a d.vinci account with the Administrator role. Open Menu and confirm that Master Data (Stammdaten) is visible. Have your d.vinci domain available. Juicebox will provide the connection flow for your account. Follow the steps shown there, including any additional access needed to read existing candidates.Set up an application portal, if requested
- Enter your d.vinci domain in the connection pop-up.
- In d.vinci, open Menu > Application Portals (Bewerbungsportale) and click Create (Anlegen).
- Copy the Name and URL Path from your connection pop-up into the new portal.
- Choose the Organization Unit and Job Publication Channel containing the jobs you want Juicebox to read. These settings determine which jobs the connection can access.
- Select the first available Layout. Choose the language for the jobs to sync and set the same Primary Language.
- Set Enable Job Advertisement and Fixed Application Questionnaire to No, then select a default Application Questionnaire, following the instructions in your connection pop-up.
- When prompted to configure Application Import, select Secured with Tracking Status and enter the username and password generated by your connection flow.
- Complete the remaining settings shown in your flow, including the Data Protection Layer for Embedded Videos Enabled setting. Create the portal and continue in Juicebox.
Use the values from your own connection pop-up. Example portal paths and credentials from another account will not work for your connection.
Configure application statuses, if requested
- Open Menu > Application Statuses (Bewerbungsstatus).
- For each final status, edit Properties > Additional Information for External Systems.
- Set Tracking Status to
K_HIREDfor a hired outcome orK_REJECTEDfor a rejected outcome, then save. UseK_PENDINGfor other statuses if the connection flow asks you to track them as pending.
Complete additional access and source setup
If the flow requests an API Username, Token, or a new User Role, work with Juicebox Support and your d.vinci administrator to configure that access for your selected connection. If source setup appears, open Menu > Master Data > Sources, create the source named in the connection pop-up, and reopen it. Follow the pop-up to either copy its internal name into Juicebox or update the internal name in d.vinci with the supplied value. Complete the connection flow and check the status in Juicebox with your support contact.Confirm the integration
Check that the expected jobs appear, a known existing candidate is identified in Juicebox, and a test profile can be exported to the intended job. If existing candidates are missing, ask Juicebox Support to check the candidate-reading access configured for your account.Using the integration
To start a search from a job, open Projects and select Import Job from ATS / CRM, then choose the relevant d.vinci job. Juicebox identifies profiles that already exist in d.vinci, helping your team check for existing records before reaching out. To send a profile to d.vinci, follow the export steps and choose the d.vinci export option for the linked job. Confirm that the profile appears in d.vinci after the export completes. The initial sync can take time. Data may continue to appear after the connection is established. If you do not see the expected records, contact Juicebox Support.
